“We attended a wedding and stayed two nights here. The food was above average and the event coordinator was on top of everything! The rooms for the guests were a very short walk from the ballroom but far enough away to not have any noise. The ballroom and the entry room and bar were clean and beautiful. The rooms were fairly clean and could be updated but, It's a water park. I wasn't expecting a 5 stars room. The people at the front desk were kind but a little unfriendly. They really didn't go out of their way to help when it was needed. That was a little frustrating. I think service could be improved a whole lot at the front desk. Breakfast in the restaurant was a convenient quick buffet and the workers were super nice and friendly!”

“We stay at Tundra Lodge several times a year, and it continues to be one of our favorite family getaways in Green Bay. The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service—especially from Theresa—is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.”

“Its pretty good for a long stay. Staff is helpful and accomadating. I got a whole new mattress after mine messed up my back. Breakfast is pretty dam good. The waterpark isn't huge but it's nice for what it is. Same with the arcade. It's a smaller Great Wolf Lodge imo. $4 for a full laundry cycle. Only place for free water is to go to their restaurant and they close at 9pm. They have very small doses of essentials but the price is a bit much like razors, advil, laundry detergent etc. Better off going somewhere else for that stuff.”

“The Waterpark was nice and kept on and the kids had so much fun. There was a few things broken in our room like bathroom door lock, curtain rod thing was sitting in the corner. The beds are new but are super super firm and couldn't sleep on it very well but then again I like a softer bed. It would be nice if they could enforce the being quiet rule after 10pm cause there was a lot of kids running and jumping around above our room”
